Life and the Written Word is a glimpse into the world of 33-year-old Jennifer. She studied Comparative Literature and Film Theory and is a freelancer, working as film production coordinator and writer. She also has first experiences in political campaigning. She read her last short story "Die Mäusefalle" at the Literary Forum Oberschwaben in July 2016. Her recent tale "Der falsche Schwarm" (2019) is her longest short story so far.
She was the co-editor of the literary magazine [Lautschrift] that published young talented students from the South of Germany. The third and last issue has been published in April 2013.

Storytelling is a way to keep people close to one another,
to make them understand and imagine different worlds, and to connect and overcome differences.

Inspired by her best friend, photographer and travel journalist Cindy Ruch, by films like Gone Girl (David Fincher, 2014), Drive (Nicolas Winding Refn, 2011), Black Swan (Darren Aronofsky, 2010) or Across the Universe (Julie Taymor, 2007), by series like Game of Thrones or Fleabag, and of course by writers like Deirdre Madden, Roddy Doyle, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Salman Rushdie, Anaïs Nin or Jeanette Winterson.
